Right to Object: Clients will have the right to object on grounds relating to their particular situation and data will not be processed unless Alpha Electrical can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for further processing.  Customers can object at any time to the processing of personal data in relation to direct marketing and can request marketing preferences amended at any time by emailing: enquiries@alphaec.com

Right to Restriction: Clients  will have the right to restrict processing of personal data if the data is deemed to be inaccurate, processing is deemed to be unlawful or data is no longer required by Alpha Electrical in regard to any legal claims.
